A New World

It is time...

....to enter into this new world......


Here is my finished entry for s contest for her new and still developing comic 'Unstable'. Although it has but one page, Tinga graciously leaked enough info to me so I could come up with what I think is going to happen in her comic.

Now, this is my FIRST ever attempt at painting, getting rid of the origional outline all together and to be honest I couldn't be happier with the result^^

There are many things I like and don't like-


Likes:

-Sonic's hand
-The Mist, Tails, and Rainjha Constillations
-The background and stars (I used a tutorial for those)
-Glowy and sparkle affect and detail
-The partial mood and lighting
-Tails' pose

Dislikes-

-Sonic's legs and shoes
-Having to resort to using brushes for the Moon and Earth
-The shading somewhat
-The kindof 'blocky' look to it
-Too many things to name Dx


Basically, Sonic's drifting through the atmosphere between our Earth and Moon, the unconsious hedgehog drifting to world's yet to be discovered.

Pffft. No matter WHAT I DO I ALWAYS end up making Mist look like a deer caught in headlights xD

It's priceless!!

I really like my idea of making the later sketches of the three into arrangements in the stars. You see, I got SUPER lazy and was so excited to get this up that I just put that in there for affect^^

And your asking I'll bet 'Hey Chi, where's the Pendants?'

Well, that will be part of this entry in a second Deviantation. I thought they cluttered the bg so I'll give them to you in another deviantation.

Anyway, I'm so happy with the result, and I hope that Tinga likes it as much as I do.

Now I must get on to the desktop bg, Pendants, possible second entry, and other things! ^^ -flies away-
